Hello Lucia!

If you follow my Instagram you pry know about this little princess that joined our family on Nov. 17th, 2015.

I would like to take this time to introduce you all to Lucia, and tell you a little more about her.

If you don’t know the timeline on Nov. 15th, 2015 our little fluffball Stith passed away.

So the next day I was overwhelmed with emotion, and before going to work I allowed myself an hour to run errands. My first stop was PetSmart to get Gatsby some more chicken.

I was surprised (as it was 2pm) and just sat down to watch her. I took some videos and sent Kurt some pictures, telling him how much I adored the little girl.

I even made an announcement on Instagram that I would get this little girl. Sadly PetSmart couldn’t put her aside for me, and prevented me from making an impulse buy.

So the next day, after discussing a change in plans at length with Kurt, Kurt and I went hand in had to pick up our new little princess.

We were happy to see that she was there and watched her for a little while before getting an employee and taking our little princess home.

THIS IS NOT HER PERMENANT HOME

Next week I’ll be completing a project that has been in the works since July which will become her new home. The reason we are keeping her in such a small cage for now is to get to know her, tame her, and make sure that she isn’t sick.

By the time this is posted she will be in her new home. (Tour coming soon)

She is the sweetest little girl I have ever met and I can’t wait to get to know her even more.

See you soon,

Amanda
