3 Years

This blog is a year old, and as you know I did have a life before that. On November 1st I will be celebrating a 3 year anniversary with Kurt, so I wanted to talk about our relationship for a little bit, and sort of tell you our story a little bit, what I’m thinking now, and a little bit about what we think our future holds.

Kurt and I met on my first day of college. I had finished my first two classes and was off to my first day of work at my brand new job. I walked in and was confused for a little bit with another girl, and we were looking at the time clock trying to figure out what to do. That’s when I saw someone come up next to us, looked up, and saw Kurt for the first time. He introduced himself and commented that if we ever needed someone to cover a shift to call him. He shook my hand, flashed me a smile, and then was on his way. Continue reading

My Wish List

To start this off I want to say that I’m not asking for any of this from you guys, but I really have nothing to write about and this is what I’ve been asked to do for my family this week. So since this has been my project of the week I wanted to share with you guys what my current (and probably Christmas) wish list is right now.

Printer Problems? Plan With Me?

Hey everyone,

So if you haven’t been on my Instagram lately you haven’t noticed that there hasn’t been a ton of planner things. Honestly for the most part Lucia and Gatsby have taken over.

There is a great explanation to this, though, and although I feel like I am just constantly making excuses I don’t really care and you are going to have to just sort of live with it. My printer recently broke, and has not allowed me to print. Since I do use printable because they are the most cost-effective for my situation I have not really been able to plan and work in my planner as much as I would like to.

So, I haven’t been able to do that very much which has made my life pure insane mayhem that I can’t even begin to describe. This sort of explains why my planner has been missing in action and actually explains why I’ve gravitated to the bullet journal in the last few weeks.

I have now ordered a new printer (thank god) which should be here in the next week or so.

What does this mean? It actually means that I was also able to order a tripod, so while I go on a planning binge I will be taking you all with me. I am going to start doing plan with me videos in the near future, which means another weekly post where I will be posting that video and I will also be posting a short review of the kit that I used.

I know that a lot is changing in the near future and this is a lot for this post, but I wanted to let you guys know what I was up to and why the planner content on this blog has kind of been non-existent recently.

So what day should I start posting these videos? Let me know in the comments down below!

See you soon,

Amanda

Another Look at BFF Packs

If you don’t know about BFF packs (Bunny’s Fur and Feather Friends) where have you been? I found out about these packs back when I first got Gatsby and I was so happy with it. Over a year and a half later I’m getting ready to make my Christmas list, and thought to go look back at the site again.

Within the first three seconds I was amazed with how far the site had come, and I can’t believe how much it has grown. just looking at the things that they sell individually I am amazed with everything, and honestly I think that this might be a site that I use more for just everyday shopping for Lucia, and probably Gatsby.

A site that used to be just the packs has flourished to have a much larger stock and I am so happy to see it.

I loved Gatsby’s box and I can’t wait to get another box soon. I’m going to upgrade this one, since our family has expanded since the last time I ordered, to get some stuff for little miss Lucia as well.

I don’t have a ton to say about this company right now, but you better believe that in the near future these will be popping up a lot.

Do you have any pet subscription packs that you like? Leave them in the comments below!

See you soon,
